Our crystal salt is mined at the foot of the Himalayas. These 200 million year old salt layers are high in minerals and trace elements, providing the highest quality of natural salt.
Negative Ion Generator — When the crystal salt heats up, it emits negative ions. These ions cleanse the air by removing dust, pollen, dander, and cigarette smoke. They also offset the harmful radiation produced by computer monitors, TVs, and other electrical devices.
One palm wax votive included. For the most effective use and negative ion generation do not burn paraffin candles in your Salt Lamp. Paraffin is a byproduct of oil refining and when burned gives off black soot and toxins defeating the negative ion generation. Burn only palm or soy wax candles in your salt crystal lamp. Scented votives are acceptable as long as they are palm or soy wax.

In contrast to a normal bath, in which moisture is extracted from the skin, a sole bath allows salt to be stored in the upper callous layer of the skin and binds water. This maintains the natural, protective film of the skin and the skin does not dry out. This is the reason why sole baths are good for dry skin as well. The cleansing effects of a sole bath equal that of fasting. The toxins are released into the bath water through osmosis, while the minerals from the sole are absorbed through the skin. This reduces the acidity in our body and balances the pH factor of our skin.
Studies have shown that you can achieve the best results taking a sole bath during the change of the moon cycle. The minerals and energies stored in the sole can optimally be absorbed during a full moon. The body’s healing potential is at its peak and bioenergetics weak points are harmonized and the body’s own energy flow activated. During a new moon, the cleansing effects are optimized because the body’s capacity for detoxifying is at its peak.
Directions: Pour ½ the contents of the bag into your bathtub and add enough water to just cover it. After about half an hour the salt will have dissolved. Now you can fill you bathtub. Do not add any other bath products to the sole bath. The bath water should have a temperature of approximately 98.6ºF, our normal body temperature. Check the temperature with a thermometer. This is important, as the body must not additionally sacrifice its own energy to balance out the temperature. The bath water will remain at 98.6ºF almost continuously. This is because the biophysical structure of the sole solution is so strong; it causes the molecules to move in a constant rhythm. You should soak between 15-30 minutes. Do not shower off, simply dry off with a towel. After a sole bath you should rest at least 30 minutes. Take a Sole Bath only once or twice a month. Sole baths have a positive effect on numerous ailments. They are, however, demanding on the circulatory system. Be aware of this if you suffer from weak or poor heart circulation and consult your doctor beforehand. If a full bath would be too strenuous for you, you can take a footbath.
